The flavour is very good and it keeps me feeling my best with better energy and digestion and I take it daily.

My elderly mom has trouble with pills. Innovia’s micro shots are easy for her to take and she likes them. These micro shots have greatly improved her digestion and reduced her issues with fecal incontinence.

This product is amazing. It gives me energy and help curb hunger as well as it taste amazing. The only reason I am giving it a 4star is because of the expiration date. I received them in May they expire in June
