Fits 2013 Avalanche
20K miles on a 2013 Avalanche and these have been great. Perfect fit with +25mm wheels. Be careful of ABS wire routing though

Better than stock
Replaced my stock control arms after completing a 3” level kit. My stock control arms were overworked after a few months and bent. These cognitos were readily available rather than the Kryptonite competitor. Comes with ball joints. Can’t beat the price. Install is fairly easy for anyone mechanically inclined. Getting your old ones off can be the hard part. Truck feels 110% sturdier. Love these UCAs. Put about 5k on them so far with no issues. Will need to grind off the stock bump stock (don’t need) and get an alignment

Awesome Product!
Hands down the best UCA on the market! Replaced my junk RC 2” level with rear 1” lift blocks, Fox 2.0’s, 2” upper strut spacers, and these Cognito UCA’s. This put the truck at about a 3.5” lift, which is the tallest you can go without a diff drop and major cutting to the truck. Keep in mind you will need a grinder to remove the welds to take out the service perch, and slightly notch the front of the strut tower for clearance. Will recommend these to everyone!

Trash
Thought this would enhance my 1/2 ton Silverado ride after leveling kit. Nothing but a nightmare. After one year 50k bushings and both ball joints shot. Replaces one at a time because who would think the newest part on my truck would be the cause of all suspension related problems. The most expensive arm on the market is poor quality and design. Why did you do away with greaseable parts that have gotten cognito their good reputation. Customer service sucks, the lifetime warranty only is on the solid piece of iron. Warranty on ball joints is only after you ship to them and then they decide if it's covered or not. 14 months after install I've spent $1200 maintaining them. Not to mention a tore up set of tires.

Look and ride great!
These things are beefy! Install was easy for the most part. Was a little disappointing to have to cut a part of my frame mount so the arm doesn't contact it, but I already own a powered disc saw and it made quick work of the steel. If you don't own anything to trim the mount you'll need to have someone do it for you. Outside of that these look awesome and ride amazingly well. Good, quality product.

Worth every penny.
If you have a lifted GM full-size and you’re replacing upper ball joints every 2 months, time to spend the $500 on these. It’s worth it.

Great Quality, but not perfect
Overall great quality for the money, very heavy duty construction and really nice automated welds. Issue is they contact the frame on the top of the arm (mild) but scratched the arm and would be bad if it bottomed out hard. I notched the frame slightly where it was contacting. shouldn't be an issue moving forward. but expected that this small design flaw would have been corrected from the cognito factory. I've heard of this happening on other trucks. You can't get higher build quality for the price, just the one issue. Added some positive rigidity to the front end. Need these if you want to run longer shocks for a level type lift to correct the ball joint angle. Contact on the upper arm occurred on both driver and passenger side. Was not running any preload on the shock at the time. Still consider this a design flaw. but to get "better" arms you will spend $2~500 more and possibly loose the ability to run a readily available ball joint. With all that said really would give them 4.5 stars if I could.
