print head did not fix the problem
Print head did not fix the problem. It created a different error message still ink system related but equally unsolvable. By the time I tried many times to fix, it was time effective to just buy a new printer which happened to be on sale.

Part did not work
Delivery was fast. The only problem is the part did not work. Looked good but that was all. Had to buy a new printer. Won't order from J2INK again.

Item came and all is well. Clearly when something is coming from another country it will take longer.

DO NOT BUY!!
Very disappointed. I used new cartridges and the unit leaked all over the inside of the printer.
