Due to the increasing amount of hurricanes in Florida I think this will come in handy! It’s pretty quiet very easy to use and really only took a couple of minutes to set up. Put some ethical free gas in it, which I highly recommend if you’re gonna have it sit for awhile!

Easy to use for home emergency and camper, portable, quiet
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Great unit, overall pretty quiet, especially if you use it in eco mode. Purchased to run my gas furnace and gas water heater when we lose power (happens quite often during cold and icy Indiana winters). Both of these units use very little electric power so this generator was perfect. It’s potrability was is also nice and was a must for me so I can easily throw it in my camper when we go camp in remote areas.I went with the inverter type generator to save on fuel. Do your research and you’ll find they have big advantages when you’re looking to save on gas, which was important given this will be used for emergency power outages and I don’t want to burn through 100 gallons of gas.I would have liked to see a few more outlets on the unit, but I plugged an extension cord in that has three plugs. Just be careful not to plug too many big items in or it won’t have enough power.

Decent Quality Outside / Engineering Inside, probably not.
I'm gonna keep this review short and to the point. I bought this after doing some rough calculations on running my new travel trailer's 12.5k Btu roof A/C, with a Mirco-Air Easystart soft-starter installed. It won't. I tried my neighbors Honda 2200i and it ran it, and the mini fridge no problem. I have no owned it long enough to know how reliable it stays, but if it is, it would alright for everything BUT the A/C. On paper though, this SHOULD provide enough output with the Micro-Air installed, but whatever conditions they used to achieve their output rating, is not real world I don't believe. (I'm nearly at sea level too)

Best inverter generator for the money
This is a great generator. I've had a couple of other off-brands, but this one has exceeded my expectations. Very well built, quiet, and the wheels with the extended handle make easy to move even though it's as light as any other I've used (Honda). No regrets at all.UPDATE: Almost a year and still working very well. I've read some other reviews and complaints about not supplying enough power for an RV a/c unit. That is true, but most RV a/c units need 3000+ watts at startup. This has a 2300 watt max. If you want to run an RV a/c, you'll need to parallel two of them or get a bigger generator. I use it with our RV and runs everything else well (microwave, coffee pot, etc. - not all at the same time, but the basics and one bigger watt pull). Make sure you know your wattages before buying any generator.

Unable to produce power promised
The unit was not able to power my RV AC unit (with a MicroAir Easy start system) which was the reason for the purchase. The generator only produced about 1400 kw. I liked the design and the features of the product, just needed it to provide the power promised. Perhaps I had a bad unit. They did accept my return no questions asked. If It had been full power I would have kept it. Decided to switch manufactures to someone who has been around longer.

Overload light on with nothing plugged in!!
I loved this little guy.. for a minute!!! I use it while camping in the summer months here in northern Utah, so not very much. Although I have had it over a year I don't have to many hours on it. I pulled it out to get ready to go. It started right up but then the overload light came on with nothing even plugged into it. GRRRR. Not happy about that.

I love it. It works great!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Very happy with the equipment. Is very easy to use, silent and light weight. It came almost ready to use, just be aware to put the mineral oil and gas to the unit before run it. I was able to run a big Samsung refrigerator and a small freezer at the same time consuming just 0,4 KW of running watts. The monitor is very useful since gives you information regarding gas consuming and running kw.
