These are worth the money. We bought our first one three years ago, and its still in perfect condition. They are softer and more flexible than most other protectors, whilst still protecting the mattress from spills and accidents. They wash well at upto 60c, and can be air dried or on a low heat tumble. What else can I say? Highly recommended which is why we have bought others.

Love this. Not like a usual waterproof sheet. Feels like a normal sheet, don't under estimate how unusual that is for a waterproof sheet. Protects from small accidents- not had a big one yet. Tencel breathes better then cotton, good in summer. Washes well, a tight fit though so be careful not to leave in dryer too long. Seems expensive but saved our 200 pound mattress several times.

Brilliant product. Bit expensive but worth it, if you want your child's bed to be dry and the mattress protected. Out of all the sheets out there this is by far the best I have came across. Totally buy again if needed.

We bought this for our two year old daughter as she was toilet trained in the day and we wanted to see if she would stay dry at night.The sheet is very soft in the upper side. It is perfectly soft and comfy enough to not need to put another sheet over the top.In use, the sheet does not make any noise when she moves and to the touch and look it is simply a lovely soft and good quality sheet.She was dry from the start. We have had absolutely no accidents on it.... However when she dropped a drink on it, it proved itself to be waterproof and no liquid got through it.We really like this sheet and it is of a high quality.

The version I had two years prior to this one was much better (made from wood pulp) It was less crisp packet sounding than this one and it fitted much better. However, this one is superior to the plastic-backed terry version, but not sure its worth the money difference anymore. I wish Hippychick would bring back the old version, which incidentally was guaranteed for 10 years, whereas the current one is only guaranteed for two; so that tells you it is an inferior product to its predecessor.Overall I would recommend this product over similar ones on the market, but it is pricey.

Hippychick Tencel Fitted Mattress Protector Cot (60 x 120 cm) I bought this protector for my granddaughter's cot bed as she is being toilet trained, although it dries fairly quickly we thought it would be good to buy two. It has been so good that we also got one for the cot. It is so soft and does not sweat and nothing seeps through to the mattress. I have only given it four star rating as I feel that it is rather expensive, but it does pay to shop around as prices vary. Highly recommended! NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE - These claim to be suitable for low heat tumble drying, well they are not, we had hippychick waterproof cot sheets for 4 years which were washed and tumble dried for all those years, then when the boys went up to single bed's and it was time to try nappy free nights we thought we would go Hippychick again, what a mistake, the items are waterproof until you tumble dry them on low heat then they ruck up as though melting on the waterproof side and are useless. Very disappointed, although Amazon have been great and given a refund.

Got this as a spare mattress protector for my Little Green Sheep mattress. The Little Green Sheep ones are so expensive so I didn't want to buy 2 of them. The Hippychick protector seems quite thin but isn't plastic and crinkly. We haven't had any leaks making it through to the mattress despite a few bedtime accidents. It seems slightly smaller than my mattress so can be awkward to fit but isn't too much of a problem.
