It wouldn’t be Chanukah without gelt
No need to feel “Gelty” after ordering this brand of chocolate coins. They are nice and creamy, not waxy. All of the coins were fully wrapped. Usually, when I buy gelt, there are a few that have the foil falling off. All 2 lbs of coins in this order were intact. Gelt is never reasonably priced, but these are competitively priced. IMO, “gourmet gelt” is not authentic. Sorry, Godiva, you don’t fit into our traditional, Chanukah vibe. But these pass muster. Higher quality than the Elite chocolate of my childhood, but still in keeping with tradition.

Don’t order!
Chocolate arrived stale, heavily oxidized (turning white) and is inedible. Says I can return by January 31, 2025, but when I started to do a return, it says the product is non returnable! Complete waste of money!

Higher quality than other brands.
These are superior to other brands. The coins are noticeably larger. The foil used is higher quality and has better imprints. Most importantly the chocolate itself is significantly better. I will purchase again next year.

Yummy!
These were very tasty, much better quality than the average chocolate coin. Definitely a bit on the pricey side.

Chocolate is discolored
The coins arrived and appeared to be in good shape. They were stored at room temperature with other chocolate and candy until a couple of them were traded (along with some cash) for my daughter's first lost tooth. The chocolate, smelled and tasted fine; however, it had an unappealing, splotchy discoloration to it. I've seen it before when chocolate is frozen and thawed, so I wasn't worried, but I would have liked a uniform looking milk chocolate colored candy for my daughter. She didn't mind, but I was disappointed.
