I was wondering how the product would perform, considering the exceptionally low price. But it was pretty easy to set-up, and the three sensors read within one degree F of each other. I'm going to mount two of them in the attic in different ends of the house, and the third outside. I'll assume the reception will be acceptable, but if not, will update this review to reflect that. At this point though, I'm very impressed with the product, the ease of set-up, and so far, the performance.UPDATE 7/31/21: the two sensors mounted at opposite ends of the house in the attic seem to be reading just fine, which is what I was hoping for (it's a 3400 SqFt house, single story). Pretty impressed with the whole package and the price. Highly recommended. I'll update if anything changes.

With these you get basically 4 temp zones. There are 3 "satellites" and the base unit will also tell you the temp where it is located. We are using them to identify temp discrepancies in rooms to adjust ventilation. I have one outside for now too as I want to make sure my elderly animals get checked on when temps are high. The unit itself is small. The setup is a bit clunky and they do not come with any way to Identify from a distance what unit you are looking at, so I had to make them with a big sharpie. That way you can move them around to another room and know which unit you are measuring with. The setup seemed like it didn't work and I was just going to return it. My "base" could only find 2 of the 3 units. I left it alone and went and checked on it later and all three were working. The are stand alone and do not work with any smart devices and themselves are not "smart".

Simple, large characters. While seller did not provide distance i am receiving temperature signals from an outbuilding that is about 250' away, through a door, a stand of several trees, and a wall - much better than many competing units. The instructions could be much better written. Two buttons are on the back rather than the front, but not that much of an issue once used a few times.

We had a pipe freeze under the crawl space due to high winds blowing through a nearby missing vent. I had to crawl through several times to defrost the pipes and repair the vent. Also during the same period of cold weather I had to go upstairs to check on an unheated 2nd floor with bath. I bought these and put one under the house near the water tank, one upstairs in the bath, and the last one in the fridge. I was surprised it worked in the metal fridge. Now in addition to an outdoor weather station to watch my wife says I need one more to ...... .. .. ...

In proximity to base unit all sensors match base unit to within 0.3 deg F, which is reasonable given that their internal JFETs are probably good to within 0.1 deg F. Using to sense attic and crawlspace and outside porch temperatures remotely. Could only wish these had humidity sensing as well.I did not read the directions first, and had to take all the batteries out to clear the interference between wireless channels.You set each remote to its own channel by slide switch before you put the battery in.

This product works great. I have one sensor inside a chicken coop about 180 feet from the house and I pick up an accurate temperature inside (I have a regular thermometer in the coop I used to validate the temp or check when I’m outside). I also have one in the chicken run and one outside. Having the flexibility of the 3 sensors is great.It’s very easy to set up. Highly recommend.

Directions are lacking. First, set sensor channels. Then put battery in main unit. Then install battery into each sensor. Otherwise unit doesn’t recognize sensors. Basic operation is simple. Scroll thru sensors one at a time on screen or set to one using button on back. Shows time and temp. That’s it.Btw. Batteries not included 4xAA.

Product worked great right out of the box. Follow the instructions and they all work great. I needed 3 zones monitored and the description only says 3 remotes. They neglect to say the base itself gives its own temp reading for a total of 4 zones monitored.
