Hansi Organics 'Burn At Both Ends' 25 Hour Beeswax Candle 16oz 4.5"x3.5" Jumbo Candle

I suppose it's a fairly good price for a beeswax candle. it's supposedly organic so, that's good.In the photo it look's a little more 'golden' than the real thing, which is a basic light brown. The one I got was shaped slightly different than the one in the photo, which made seem like it was more obviously molded in a plastic party cup. I thought that was amusing. I don't love it, I don't hate it. Just meh.

A good candle with a mild to strong aroma of honey/ beeswax. It is one of the most economical choices we could find, so when we were needing another candle we decided to buy this again. The quality of the second one was not as good as the first: it had two wicks in it which ran through it at an awkward angle. Both candles, however, have lasted well. I'm not sure if we'll purchase this again though since we have found another supplier that makes a candle we like more.

I really want to like this candle. But, that ain't happening. The primary problem is that it does not burn well. The twin wicks burn away leaving only a tiny flame to tunnel into the candle. Is there supposed to be two wicks? Maybe I just got a bad one. It happens.This is clearly molded in a Solo cup (like the red plastic kind). The recycle symbol of the cup can be seen on the candle. The wax is a very dark honey color and very sticky to the touch. No way to verify the quality of beeswax. But, it seems good.

The way this is made, after the wick is all the way burned, you are left with an outer wall of beeswax about 1/2 inch thick. This seems like a really big waste.

I was looking to get a big chuck of wax for cheap to remelt into smaller candles. Does not smell right. Leaves the house with a objectionable smell. I would not recommend unless you want to make fire starters or citronella candles for the out of doors.

Finally a great candle at a great price! I recently read how bad regular candles are for us to breathe and am happily replacing them with beeswax! Thanks for a well priced organic product!

little funny about the soho cup shape, would definetly try to proper it up, but it will burn well im sure
