you still have to dump the catcher into a bag... not so easy.

I purchased this item to try to pick up gumballs in my yard from my sweet gumball trees. My lawn is not perfectly flat so when one wheel drowns down a little the rotation will stop. This make it useless for my lawn. I asked the manufacture if I could send it back for a partial refund (maybe 50%) to use on another one of their product but I received no response. I'm very disappointed that there has been no response after two attempt. Very poor customer service.
