Will the follow-up "pure" version be available in the USA soon?

At the moment, the pure version is literally sailing on a ship towards the US :-). If everything goes well it should be available by mid-May or beginning of June at the latest.

Hi JJ, “The 6-Minute Diary” will last you approximately 22 weeks, and the follow-up version, “The 6-Minute Diary Pure”, about 27 weeks. Together they make a full year of journaling :-)

How do I receive the free ebook?  I received the 6 minute diary on 2/19/2019 but have not received information to download the ebook

What is the difference between the original version and the pure version?

Thank you for your interest in our Diaries – we are happy to answer your question.

The 6-Minute Diary (6MD) is the classic version and includes a 70-page introduction, which explains the Why and the How. You will find plenty of examples, practical tips and studies here which you can apply later in the diary part.
Once you have filled in the 6MD (after approx. 5-6 months), you can purchase the 6-Minute Diary Pure (approx. 7 months). This follow-up version doesn’t contain the introductory part, but starts with the diary straight away - so you can continue where you left off. The 6-Minute Diary Pure also contains a brand-new weekly routine, daily quotes and weekly tips for more mindfulness and less stress.
