I picked this case up because I liked the idea of being able to swap the phone into and out of the case easily. Mostly for use in the Samsung VR gear.I've had the case for 2 days now. First it fits perfectly. I can use the entire screen with out any problems whatsoever. The touch screen and stylus both work without issue.I'm actually ordering a few more so I have extras if one breaks. That is how much I like the case.Its not as protective as say lifeproof or otterbox. You're basically wrapping your phone in another phone so dont expect it to be indestructible. But if you want a case that is easy on/off and offers moderate protection this is the one for you.The only thing I would change is I'd add some rubber grips. The phone case is EXTREMELY slippery. I added a few strips of rubberized grip tape to the back of mine to help.I would also add this Case is perfect for someone who uses a VR Gear. The case is easy to remove but it stays on during a fall. I’ve dropped my phone a few times on to both carpet and hardwood but the case stayed out.The more I use the case the more I love it.

The case is absolutely perfect. It allows the beauty of the phone to be seen, it keeps it from getting scratched up, and it's very easy to remove and clean if need be. I was reading some of the other reviews, and people seem to forget the case is made of glass. Obviously its not going to provide the same amount of protection as a rubber and plastic case. Those reviews should be ignored. If you're looking for something that allows your phone's beauty to show then this case is perfect for you. If you're clumsy then don't get it. Invest in an otterbox or something else. It's that simple. I should also mention the screen looks and functions perfectly with it on as well, and it's very sturdy for being made of glass. People that say it broke quickly were clumsy with theirs and probably dropped it on concrete or something. It's very well made.

I've been using this case for a few weeks now, and overall, I would highly recommend it. I'll do the regular pros and cons list to keep it simple.PROS:Great fit and looks very coolNo impact on touch sensitivity with the increased sensitivity option turned onVery easy to remove!Decent build quality (could be a bit better, but it suits my needs very well)CONS:Gets dirty easily, i.e. under the screen protector BUT, it can be taken apart and cleaned very easily. Before getting this, I had an OtterBox Alpha Glass protector, which has adhesive around the edges. For the Note 9, the adhesive at the top is less wide and dirt would get under the screen eventually then you'd have an ordeal to take it off, clean, realign, etc. This will inevitably get dirt under, but a weekly cleaning is always a good thing for any phone. So this con isn't a big deal since it's so easy to remove.Extremely low coefficient of friction on most surfaces! I have not dropped it, and I'm sure it would crack (it's glass...duh!) if it fell, but one must be wary when resting the phone on a surface. Even relatively flat surfaces, this thing will still creep extremely slowly. It's amazing. I bet the friction coefficient is below 0.1....not a huge deal, but keep an eye on things! You should be doing that anyway with a Note 9.

The case did not close all the way on one side. It did not feel like tempered glass but cheap plastic!! The touchscreen worked in the middle of the screen but not along the sides. I did get the case delivered quickly and in good shape but that is all the was good about the experience.There were no directions on how to out together so had to fumble around figuring that out. ONce you figure it out it is a no brainer but some instructions would have been helpful.

This product is terrible. Took the top half off to clean finger prints off the inside of case and barely pressed on inside. The screen cracked instantly down the middle from top to bottom. I remove screen from case to somewhat keep a case I paid for but I will never purchase this from seller or manufacturer again. Its convenient to be able to take phone out of case easy but all around this case is garbage.

Got my case and found installation to be the quickest and easiest ever!I was very impressed with the full glass coverage of the screen. It didn't adversely affect the touch screen at all.It feels nice in the hand, but it's extremely slick...slips ad slides easily.On the third day, it slid from my coffee table, landed on a vinyl tile floor...and cracked the screen.I'm really disappointed in the fragility of the product.I'm going back to a screen protector and grippy case.

It is a very clever design, great for protecting the screen. There are other screen protectors that make bubbles or does not fit well because of the curved display, this is very practical.

My son cracked my case. He bit it and it cracked. I thought it was crack proof.
