The overall finish of the product is good.However the head is too heavy for the bracket alone so put a 20mm clip into the ceiling which helps support the weight. The holder and handle are plastic and I feel they may become brittle over time.There were no instructions in the box so had to guess where the rubber seals had to go.The packaging was poor and damaged but fortunately the contents were om.For a simple replacement to an electric shower head if would say it's ok if you're prepared to do a bit of modifying.The overall finish and effect is good.

Very heavy, poor quality! Sadly the shower head holder on the wall was not always able to hold the weight of it when the water was flowing through. So if it wasn’t on the holder far enough to hold it then it would fall off! Which at one point resulted in injury due to how heavy it is. This was clearly not meant for practicality but we also have a dog, a task that was already hard but made harder with how heavy and big it was. This was clearly not made to last a while, I went to clean it and the rubber jets that spray the water out just came out with little force and I was unable to put them back in, so sadly it went in the bin, overall would not recommend!

The overall look of this is great, a good size for a rainfall shower head, but my fault is that it is best installed to a power shower, I have installed it to a temperature control mixer tap and only dribbles out. If you want a heavy rainfall you will defo need a water pressure pump or power shower.

Came damaged box no instructions so requesting refund very disappointed

Cracking way to turn an ordinary shower into the big rain effect showers your get in some hotels. No need to spend a fortune on a whole new shower. Buy one of these.

The shower head very heavy, I will have to replace my bracket as it is too heavy for it. Looks good having problems with water coming out of hose but will get someone to fix it.

There was no instructions and no box so guessing were seals go 😕and once shower has been used water doesn't drain from shower head so it holdswater😔

Great for a cheap alternative to a metal fixed shower head! It’s made from plastic but looks metal! Easy to install and no problems! Bit tricky to clean as the water holes are close together but no problem! Hard to rinse a shower down also with a big head!
