While this Human Touch Super Novo Massage Chair has great potential, I would be very cautious purchasing from the Backstore/vitality web. They have been dishonest in dealing with us, and from the looks of it many other customers in the comments section. They sold us a chair in Used-Like New (Open box contition). But it arrived with missing parts, broken mechanisim, nonfunctioning accessories, and was dirty among other problems. I spoke with Human Touch Customer Service several times, they were very helpful and said it sounds like the Backstore/Vitalityweb is mislabeling very used chairs as Used-Like New and had me check the hourse of usage on the chair - we found that there was over 120 hours of use on the chair as delivered. The backstore has done everything in their power to manipulate the return to get out of refunding us and we've had to file a complaint with Amazon to get refunded. Thankfully we have kept very detailed notes and pictures of our communications and the delivery/return shipping process to backup our side of the story because the Backstore representative keeps trying to blame everything on Human Touch. While that may be possible. It is the Backstore/vitalityweb's responsiblility as a seller to confirm and stand behind the products they sell and accept responsibility when mistakes happen if these are mistakes and not fraudulent sales tactics. They can work out their issues with Human Touch if they blame them on their own time and expense. Again, I recognize that their lower "used" prices are tempting, but unlike all of the other used products we've purchased on amazon, from our experience, I do not trust or recommend purchasing from the Backstore. Outside of our experience with them, I do think the Human Touch Super Novo chair has great potential especially for tall people. I am 6' 4" and though I wish it was even bigger, it was the best fitting chair i've ever sat in and most thereputic massage even with the problems it had. I will be looking for another one from a more honest vendor as soon as we finally get refunded.

I've only had this chair for a short time,but, I don't know how I lived without it. I had back surgery a few years ago and thou it did help I still have pain. After working out or cleaning the house I cannot wait to get into my new chair. I set it on sleep mode and I fall asleep many times. Beware,once your family and friends know about it,they visit more often. One of the best investments I ever made.

Chair was bought at Costco. It failed after 8 months of service. Customer service is terrible. Has taken 2 months to fix issue. After waiting those 2 months parts were installed and machine is still not working. Now HumanTouch wont answer their phones. Automated answering says "call back when we are not busy". Save your money. This machine will not last for 10K you pay.***UPDATE***After one last part being reinstalled the chair still didn’t work but they did contact us to send us a new chair which I am thankful for. The whole process took about 5 months which is unfortunate. When the chair works it’s great.

Super Novo is a very good massage chair. The Alexa skills are not fully implemented and SuperNono massages available using Alexa are very limited. Unfortunate the Super Novo was released prior to fully implementing Alexa capability.

The chair gives a good massage for what it is. A top priced item. Lots of options, many styles, and well constructed.BUT the app doesn't work! The features for remembering your preferences, virtual therapist, etc. all require the app. Which doesn't work. For several YEARS! what does that tell you?Tech support is useless for the app.Tried 5 different android phones, one could make the app work. 2 different Apple phones, and 1 could make some of the functions work sometimes.......For the amount of money you are paying, the app should work. They have know for years that there was an issue. Still doesn't work.Good chair, but you have to program it every, single, time, you, use, it.................not worth the money.

Love my chair, it is $$$, but it is a GREAT investment!

Amazing product.

I just tried 3 high end chairs today each for 30 minutes. First was my previous chair the Sogno Dream Wave. It is excellent and gives a firm massage but is no longer made. Next was the OHCO M.8 which I was hoping to fall in love with and buy today. I’m 6’ but with 30 inch inseam and long upper body so really I fit like a 6’4” man. The M.8 was tight getting in and the upper arm/shoulder air bags bilaterally squeezed me so tight I almost couldn’t breathe. Very anxiety provoking.Done.Not for me.Big red flag.This chair was designed for Japanese people not Americans. I understand why - it’s a Japanese company -> IT IS NOT FOR BIG PEOPLE!!2nd deal breaker was the calf roller mechanism. At its baseline it pokes into my lower calves uncomfortably and the foot/ankle massage was not comfortable.The salesman asked me to try the Human Touch Super Novo warning me that it has a strong massage.The Super Novo was easy to get into. It easily could fit someone 6’6” 300lbs with no trouble. No discomfort.The massage was strong but not painful. THE FOOT AND ANKLE MASSAGE WAS EXQUISITE! SO GOOD.Human Touch is an American company IF THAT MATTERS TO YOU and it’s MADE FOR LARGE PEOPLE.I was able to get it for 8999$ usd online. (Not Amazon). That included the white glove delivery AND THE SALES TAX!! That’s out the door 9k usd.It’s not cheap but you get what you pay for. Past year I’ve been using top end Kyota 4D chair for 5k usd and it is made due tiny people too and hurts me each time I use it. What’s the point then?CHECK OUT HUMAN TOUCH SUPER NOVA MASSAGE CHAIR - it’s worth the cost!!!
