I was very skeptical that this product would help me, but I was very surprised. Before taking this product, I had issues with bloating, constipation, acid reflux, scatter brain, couldn't keep a thought, and forgetfulness. The only thing I changed in my daily habits was that I started taking this product. After, 5 days of taking a capsule twice a day I felt better in all issue areas. An added bonus - I lost some weight too. I love LinQ and would recommend it to everyone.
