Good present for my mother
My mother had seen a glass kettle abroad and wanted one. I ordered one for her and she was delighted with it. It has been in use for a while and works well and is easy to clean . There is some scale deposit on the glass that needs reloving with any descaling solutions. Be nice if there was a scale proof glass option

Glass break during heating water
Dear Kent and Amazon Team, I purchased a Kent electric water heating jug. Unfortunately, while heating water the glass jug suddenly broke. Thankfully, there was no physical injury caused but this incident has raised serious safety concerns in our household. Now, my family members are hesitant and afraid to use the product again due to the risk involved. It is concerning that a product specifically made for heating water could break during use. Kent is one of the most trusted and reputed brands in India and customers like me have always relied on your products with complete faith. I sincerely request the Kent management team to uphold this trust and kindly arrange for a replacement of the damaged jug.
