I'm at 65-year-old male and I've been taking these for 3 weeks now and the difference in the way that I feel has improved. My bowel movements are now good and regular and my stomach, which was always gurgling and not feeling right, is so much better. I also take a probiotic capsule and this acts much like a pre-biotic. It's more than I expected. I figured that it would take about a month for the pills to get in my system and start working, but the difference is so marked that I believe they started working pretty quickly. I'll continue to purchase this particular brand. I had done quite a bit of research before I settled on this brand and I'm glad that I did and will continue to buy these in the future. I highly recommend them. BTW, I take two of these in the morning about 5:00 a.m., along with my other supplements and then two more just before dinner in the evening. They're very easy to swallow and they do have a faint, but pleasant taste of pomegranate to them.

Seal came broken, the plastic on the bottle was still intact and had not looked tampered with. Now I gotta waste my time and go to a UPS store to return it.EDIT: (4/23/2022) I returned the product a few days before and got a new one today. The seal on the first one was not broken but it was not fully glued on just as the second one. I think the sealing surface on the bottle is too thin and they might glue it by hand cause it is so sloppy. The product might be great I have not tried it yet because I thought the first one had been tampered with. With this second one I think the bottles will all be more or less the same and I do not want to go return it again.EDIT: (5/6/2022) I ate two capsules since the last edit at separate times, both times I pee'd a dark orange color. I think this is a good thing it shows how much potency is inside each capsule. The anti inflammatory properties of this product is very much as advertised. I would had only hoped that I would have received a seal that was properly glued on.

This is the best Pomegranate Extract I’ve found to date. I would prefer gelcaps but these are fairly easy to swallow and have the recommended dosage. Cost for my dosage is less than 15 cents per day.

I have serious osteoarthritis almost everywhere. For its anti inflammatory properties, research led me to tart cherry juice (expensive). Further research indicated that pomegranate juice was the highest in antioxidants, so I switched (also expensive and awful tasting, but it did provide even more relief). It finally occurred to me to look for pomegranate juice extract capsules, and these are great! I take the recommended dosage (4 capsules, twice daily - a 3-month supply). They are only a third of the cost of the juice, and offer even better relief! I could probably drop my every-other-day Celebrex if I wanted to, but haven't taken that step yet. If you have arthritis and don't want to take expensive prescription drugs to manage the inflammation and resulting pain, give these a try. I think you'll be pleased. My doctor is happy with my results, as well.

Honestly, I rarely write reviews even though I depend on them when I purchase a product. So I guess I should do it more LOL. This product is superior. I’ve only been taking it for three days and it has completely stopped my afib symptoms, it has lowered my blood pressure, and it’s completely harmless and has no side effects whatsoever. I take three tablets twice a day and I can’t believe how different I feel all around! This supplement did a better job than any blood pressure medication I used to be on, I have gone all natural in the last few years to treat my mild issues but I still have occasional afib symptoms and I don’t want to go back on a pharmaceutical, this was the next best thing and let me tell you for me, just for me, it has changed my well-being, it took away all the flutters, and I feel great!
