Q: Is the product new and do the glasses come in the baccarat box?

Yes. My box was shrink wrapped and the glasses looked like they were packed at the factory. Great set of glasses. My husband and I enjoy all the different designs and it keeps us from drinking from the wrong glass!

Q: Would love to buy this product, but concerned about authenticity of item. Can you verify?

Don't think fake baccarat crystal even exists as the manufacturing process is too difficult...........every item our firm has sold in the last 20 years is 100% authentic as we obtain them from authorized dealerships for the given brand.

Q: Are they packaged in the original red box ? I read in a review that one glass was shipped with a chip. If there is damage, do you accept returns ?

Mine was packed in the original red box. I’m sure the Amazon return policy would apply.
