I use this Wilton clear vanilla primarily for decorating sugar cookies. Keeping icing bright and white is important. Traditional vanilla extract tends to tint royal icing a beige or off-white color, but this clear version keeps everything looking crisp and clean.Flavor-wise, it's definitely an imitation vanilla, so it doesn’t have the depth or warmth of pure vanilla extract. That said, it still adds a sweet, pleasant vanilla scent and taste—especially once mixed into icing or baked goods. It’s ideal when color matters more than complexity of flavor.Another plus is that the bottle has a narrow spout which helps control the pour and avoid waste. A little goes a long way. As a small business owner making so many wedding cakes, this stuff is SO good. It retains it's flavor very well when baking, is great in buttercream and smells divine. It comes in bottles with seals and I've never had issues with it leaking during shipping. It is so easy to use and I highly recommend it! I used to buy it by the gallon but would always leak and now the price has gone up. For this price, this is the best!

my go to vanilla for years, great for baking, breakfast waffles, pancakes, even home made ice cream, the flavor is spot on, the large bottle lets me use as much as i need without worrying about running out. want some awesome waffles two teaspoons of this and half a teaspoon of anise to two cups of batter, and two teaspoons of baking powder to make the fluffiest pancakes and waffles.

This package was left in bushes by front gate, even though driver said I signed for this package. Not true. Thank goodness I went to look for it. Just so you know in case this happens again. No problem with item itself.

This is a good product. And I would give it 5 stars, but this is the second time this item has arrived with the cap off the bottle. That means the only thing keeping it from spilling out was the thin sealer on the mouth of the bottle. The shipper should either make sure the cap is tight, or ship the bottle enclosed in a plastic bag.

If you want to add a rootbeer flavor - this is it! I have used it in a rootbeer cake with rootbeer frosting. So good and true flavor.

This Vanilla is my go to for all my baking needs. Great taste Good value for the money
