I bought these to try and help improve my physical and mental ability! That's what it says on the tin.My son is young but has severe autism and is getting stronger, I'm tired and was told maca can help with fatigue and alertness. I hoped that along with exercise, my physical and mental health would be stronger...1-4 capsules. I took 2 a day for a few weeks, thinking I'd increase after a month. Instead my body did not react well to these. It messed with my menstrual cycle and I started spotting, this became persistent until 2 days after I stopped taking them the issue resolved. After researching further, this is common and suggestion is to decrease the intake, I was already only on half the recommended dose and didn't feel any benefit.
