I practice wilderness medicine, and these are a must have.The tubing and drip chambers are comparable to hospital quality and have no issues with tangling or linking.The packing is quality, and I have no concerns about sterility.I have run both straight NS, as well as LR and added antibiotics and have had zero issues.

Easy to start and stop
I got this for subq fluids for my cat. Line is a little shorter. Does not screw needle into place. It did not cause a problem and actually the stop flow mechanism was easiest for my arthritic hands

Not as pictured.
The product has white plastic instead ID blue, and does not have a threaded lock on the tip (looks exactly like the photo posted by another reviewer). Value for the money is ZERO because I cannot use this device as per my intent when I bought it based on the photo in the listing. After reading even more reviews, I will not be trusting this vendor for any future purchases.
