Work well if you use them correctly.
So I was a little conflicted based on the reviews but ended up ordering these and they work really well for my use case! There's a few caveats though I think trip a lot of people up judging based on the other reviews.First, these require a certain amount of output power from whatever they are connected to in order to work and they are not amplified internally (not getting into technical details here just at a high level). Some devices I have can drive them adequately including my cellphone but others can't including an old MP3 player I happened to try. On the devices that do work I find I have to turn the volume up higher than usual to get clear audio.Second, you need to place them in a certain location on the side of your head to really get the full effect. If they are slightly off they will work but the sound will be very muffled or low volume. If they are way off they don't work at all for me. Luckily the headband places them in about the perfect place on my head but sometimes when I wear a hat over them I need to move them around a bit to get them to sit correctly.Third, even when they work perfectly they are not going to sound great. The point of these is that they are wired, so you're not dependent on bluetooth working correctly in your environment, and they don't need their own power, so you don't have to charge them. If these are not things you want they you'd likely be much better off with a pair of bluetooth bone conduction headphones. Personally these work really well for my use case and I'm going to buy another pair to keep as a spare in case the first ever breaks.I never use the microphone on them so I can't comment on how well that works.

Too Quiet. Not really bone conduction either.
For reference, I bought these as a wired analogue to my Openrun Shokz, which I love dearly and use daily. If you buy these, you will find out just the way I did it that it's too quiet for any practical application. I tried on multiple devices, and I hit the limit every time volume wise. I can't use these alone in my office-- I can't imagine they're any good for exercising.Other customers suggest wearing earplugs, or wearing them so they're over your ears... but that's not the point. These say they're bone conducting, and they're really not. They come packed with ear plugs, which should be a sign that these are not what they advertise to be.

Actually pretty good!
I didn't know what to expect, but once you get used to the sound (it is a bit different than traditional earbuds), they work quite well. I am on my cellphone a good portion of the day for work.Downside: A little tight on the head, but kinda has to be in order to make contiguous contact with the area over your hearUpside: Traditional earbuds are way too loud for me even with volume at minimum, these give me far greater control over volume and they don't get gunked up from ear wax (sorry to be gross). These are wired, which is great if you have an existential problem with Bluetooth radio waves right on your skull. The microphone works great, everyone hears me better than on my store bought ear bud set. And one last great feature that I'm sure is overlooked by most, the wire is a flat wire, which in my experience lasts far longer than the traditional circular wires commonly found on headsets.

Nice!
Purchased to use with my cobra vhf 350. Had to put a 3/16 rivet washer over connection at the handheld cobra mic to get both sides to work and it’s working great! Probably works fine on most applications without washer. Very comfortable to wear and amazingly clear!

Does not sound good at all. Bluetooth headsets are way better
I have recently started using bone conduction technology, and overall I am pleased with the technology. Yes, the sound quality is not as good as a set of regular headphones or headsets, but for the most part it's passable; I can hear podcasts, I can hear calls, I can hear music, I can hear video game sound. These however, are horrible. Yes, you can hear podcasts, you can hear calls, you can hear music, and you can hear video game sound, but the quality of the sound is unacceptable to me. I absolutely do not recommend these unless you really really need wired bone conduction headphones, since they are the only ones that are available (at the time of this writing).

So quiet
Bought 2 of these for watching TV through my Roku remote. 1st pair isn't to bad but quiet. 2nd pair is so quiet with volume completely cranked I can barely hear. And strap isn't at all adjustable.

Protects my eardrums
These are perfect for online meetings, they protect my eardrums. Regular earbuds are too harsh on my ears over time. These are great, and they are wired! They fit fine, I do have to put my glasses over the top but it works. Also nice that you can't see them very well as they are behind your ears. Thanks for making this product!

Good, but quiet
Overall, these are pretty decent headphones. I'm using them with a small pocket radio and foam ear plugs. I need to wear hearing protection at work and these work quite nicely when I'm wearing my PPE; they actually sound better with ear plugs in than without. As other people have pointed out, they are fairly quiet and don't have the best sound quality, but they're also passively driven (non-amplified) and relatively inexpensive. The build quality is pretty good too, I don't feel like they're going to break if I sneeze too hard like many other products I've encountered.Edit: about a month later the wires have started to fail at the 3.5 jack. Dunno if it's poorly made or if I'm just that hard on em.
