I think it works….
I feel great but no clue if it’s this product. Used it to step down to a lower dose of ssri. I’ve made it about six weeks.

Dizzy!
Started off with 1 capsule a day for a week and was extremely dizzy… I thought maybe I needed to up my dose as it says in the bottle. I ended up taking 2 capsule the second week and still dizzy so I tried the 3 capsules the 3rd week and I not only felt dizzy but I felt emotionless. I felt extreme brain fog and was unmotivated!!
