I am a gastric Bypass patient and these are a little chalky to the taste but Works great, Keeps my iron level up

I bought these in an effort to stick to my multivitamin intake. Capsules sometimes did not sit well in my stomach and I would find it difficult to stick to them. I tried these and they were actually pretty good! Does not dissolve as fast so I chewed on mine and it actually tasted better when I chewed vs waiting for it to dissolve. No after taste and easy on my stomach which is a plus. No water needed to it will be easy for me to stick to it as I can just pop one in and go…

Love these! I purchased these because of all the positive reviews and I was not disappointed. Great taste. No chalkiness. They do turn my tounge orange but I'm ok with that. Will not buy another brand.

Why? Mannitol is a fake sugar and it upsets stomachs/bowels, etc. I was surprised to see it listed in the ingredients but I now know why I have CONSTANT loose stools and gas.On the plus side, I’m no longer anemic after one bottle of them.

Chewable is the way to go! I have to take these for bariatric reasons. They are thinner than other brands easier to chew, not so tart or chalky. Consult your doctor for your own individual needs. They recommend optisource, yuk chalky, huge, expensive, harder and harder to find. So I switched.

Loved this stuff. I needed a bariatric vitamin due to weightloss surgery. This was the best one, in my opinion
