This is an amazing product. Large jars of gherkins are no match for this opener. The grip is very powerful. In the past banged jars on work top hit with hammer and tried breaking seel with screw driver to no avail. Now place device on jar hit the button and watch the miracle happen. Also got the can opener. Jars and cans no longer an issue

This jar opener is great, some jars are so tight it’s impossible to open them and this product does it with ease. Great for people with dexterity problems. If I have one complaint, it doesn’t come with instructions. Don’t get me wrong it’s very easy to use but sometimes I’ve had to press the button a few times before it will grip the jar lid and wondered if I was doing something wrong. Also I found with mine that if it’s a very tight lid the machine doesn’t adjust itself properly and go back into its original position, again I wondered is this ok, with no instructions it’s difficult to know. These are just small things that wouldn’t put me off buying this product, I really could not do without it now. Would definitely recommend.

This is brilliant, I would recommend it to everyone. The best thing I've ever bought. At first it looks complicated to use, but isn't... It's so easy. It does everything for you. Put the jar opener on the lid and press the button for a few seconds and it springs onto action by itself. No need to hold the jar, it attaches and opens and releases ... Fantastic invention.

This is a great help to people like myself who have arthritis in hands and wrists, wish id of got one much sooner. However, the first time i used it, it made my jump with how loud and hard it throws the middle of opener out from the centre so it can twist itself to open jar. So be warned it really can make you jump when not expecting it or know about it.
