I have literally nothing positive to say about this thing.It leaks everywhere when not in use, it takes about 10 refills of water to floss one single mouth, the power is so low that I can double or triple floss my teeth with this and still need to use regular floss to get particles out from between my teeth. It’s loud, messy, and annoying to use. Feels clunky and awkward to hold and refilling it in a sink is a total pain because of its horrible shape. Constantly shuts off in the middle of me using it and only works on one setting. Overpriced for what it is and how poorly it works.From what I understand, this product doesn’t last long either, so I’m glad I’m returning it within the return window before I’m SOL. This product was extremely disappointing.

It's beautiful, convenient.Does it worth the money, no.Have to fill it at least 4-5 times to get the job done. Which doesn't bother me as much because you next to a faucet anyway.But mainly why I am disappointed, is what ever water left in there it just rapidly leaks out from the bottom. I don't know if all of them designed that way or mine just broken.

The reservoir is small so it has to be filled twice to cover all your teeth. That is not a problem but the Automatic shut-off occurs mid-way in the second fill-up. You have to find the wet button and start it up again. But the most annoying part is that the reservoir is difficult to empty. You have to rock the reservoir back and forth to try to get all the water out through the access hole but there will still be some water left. Poor design.

This has got to be the worse purchase ever! It goes off consistently in the middle of flushing, turns off when it wants, and takes ages to turn it back on. Less than 6 months after buying, it’s completely gone now. It won’t turn back on. Don’t be a fool like I did with these celebs promoting this product. It’s trash.

Where do I begin? I purchased the Burst water flosser and had high hopes after reading the reviews. However, about three months after my purchase, I started to have problems with the flosser. I reached out to Burst and explained my problem and they gave me a couple of ideas to solve the issue, which dealt with problems switching speeds, etc. I still had some problems and after reaching out again, they were nice enough to send a replacement. That replacement worked fine for a few months but then I started having problems with the on-off switch not working properly. Sometimes it would not turn on and other times it would not turn off. I finally tossed the replacement in the trash. I went back to the original flosser which I still had and used it for 2-3 days but it remained stuck in a slow mode and would not allow me to change speeds even after I reset it per instructions from Burst. I tossed that one in the trash as well out of frustration.Bottom line I'm sorry I made the purchase and it ended up being a waste of money. After the two major issues I encountered with these products, I would not recommend it. Try it at your own risk.
