Cartridge works perfectly. No problems with installation. Great printing, no smudges. A UPS drop off label for recycling my old cartridge was included and I reused the box my new cartridge came in to return it. I think it's great when a company as large as HP is concerned about landfill waste and offering a recycling alternative.

Worked great. Cole was on point when I printed was very clear. Color was perfect. Had it for about 3 months and still has ink. Worth the money. Easy to install in printer and comes with the instructions. Ink last longer than I expected. No more error messages.

Installed and worked perfectly. As an oem hp product I would expect nothing less. This is my first replacement for my hp 139w, I may try after market replacement the next time, though I have read many reviews, that state they do not work correctly due to software within some hp printers
