Yes, this was a concentrate that you add water to in a pump sprayer. I followed the 'Lawn Care Nut's advice and applied the heritage fungicide as well. It worked well for me. https://thelawncarenut.com/blogs/news/may-21st

Q: What size area does it cover?

It’s a quart so it contains 32 Ozs and at the 2 OZ per 1,000 square feet mix it will cover 16,000 Sq feet.

Q: Why does amazon say, “this item requires special handling and cannot be shipped to your selected location.”? i live in detroit michigan.

The product either a) does not have a state registration for Michigan or b) has an approved state registration but Amazon has incorrect information which is not allowing it to ship to your zip code.

Q: For lawns, should it be watered in or just foliage sprayed?

It’s systemic, meaning the product is absorbed by the leaves and travels throughout the plant. No need to water. Actually, watering would only wash product off before completely absorbed.
