Good stuff.
Just what I ordered. Unable to find it at local shops. The only downside is having to wait for it to ship.

I have purchased this exact same item in the past but had to drive 20 miles to Chinatown here in Houston to find it. I use this for salad dressing as I am not ambitious enough to roll sushi. Add this item with toasted sesame oil, tahini, rice vine vinegar (to taste) and a small amount of crunch peanut butter for the perfect Vietnamese "peanut sauce" for steamed vegetables and spring rolls. Add peanut butter last and let it rest for a few minutes as the peanut butter thickens up the dressing over time. A little goes a long way. I thin the mixture (if it gets too thick) with more sushi seasoning.

Ordered by mistake, not bad!
I ordered this by mistake. I wanted the seasoned rice vinegar not the one for sushi. It isn't too bad, rather salty but that is probably what you need for a vinegar for sushi.

Gives sushi rice that extra zing
I am too busy to make it to the Asian grocery store. Buying through amazon is more expensive but that's to be expected for a heavy item. As for the vinegar itself I add a dash to my sushi rice to give it that tangy flavor and make it a bit stickier. I've never had any problems with the packaging.

If you want to spice up your dinner with non-traditional vinegar, use this. Mix cucumbers, sweat onions, and a spice with this and you get a fantastic light salad. You will buy more.
