I've made "whey pudding" before using regular protein powder and although it's good, this power has really great texture. It has a whip-like consistency and mixed super easy with a spoon. Threw it in the freezer for 10 mins and it was like protein ice cream. Slow release casein is good for night time snacking. I got the fluffernilla flavor which is good and just ordered rock road for variety.

I wanted to love this, but I ended up giving it to my roommate. He’ll eat anything. This just tastes like marshmallows and sadness. I wanted it to be more vanilla, but it’s legitimately sweetened casein with some faint vanilla scent. I’m no stranger to protein powders, so I wasn’t expecting PUDDING but the prospect of having to eat this before bed to meet my macros made me wanna cry instead. Sorry, this was a ‘miss’ for me.

Product was expired by four months.

It’s OK, I never had this kind of protein before and it was all right. Someone said it tasted like sadness and I could agree somewhat. I told myself that I needed this so I ate it, but the little tracks were like little bits of happiness, at least for me.

I love to make protein pudding. This is an amazing flavor!!! So versatile! Definitely reccomend!

Just a little water and put in the freezer for 5 minutes for a healthy dessert.

The nutrition label on the ad does not match the one on the product. Rocky road has 180 calories and 20 grams of protein.

This product is filling and tastes all right but it has warnings if you take specific medications. The thickener used may also cause a back up and it is very important to watch your bathroom habits or you may get into trouble.
