We got our gerbils a new cage because our old cage wasn’t big enough for them. In the new cage, I tried to maximize the space as much as possible and didn’t want their sand bath taking up so much room on their lower level because it is a pretty decent size sand bath. When it’s on the lower level, they also tend to fill it up with their bedding so it makes it harder to clean out the poop. I was looking for a platform that would be big enough to hold the sand bath and get it away from the bedding as well as one that would also be easy to clean. This platform works perfectly. It is tall enough so that our gerbils can still burrow under it, which they love to do, and it’s also big enough for the sand bath to sit on. It is so easy to wipe off and clean as well. The only downside is that it is made of wood and gerbils are known to be chewers , so we’ll see over time if they decide to bother with this or not. So far, so good. It was really easy to find a small bridge online to connect from the bottom of the cage to the top of the platform so that they can get up there. Overall I highly recommend this product as it does what it was made to do and it was also a really good price!

the overall appearance of this product is great, I love how it fits perfectly in the corner of my cage. it stays very clean, and its easy to wipe off any pee or poo. the only issue I have with the build quality is the pegs, they don't stay on very well. but that's not worth giving it a 4 star. it stays very well, and will not make any noise. i think its great for the price, 100% recommend.

These are great! I love the corner design. Our hamster wheel is large and it fits best with the corner table. I love them so much I’ve gotten 4!

Item is exactly what we expected - just a small and light platform that works in a hamster habitat. The little guy has no complaints!
