Please don't buy this product if you are in confusion. Go for other brands and all
I bought this product in September. First of all the sound quality is not proper. It's average product with a high price. The left side is too defective. Firstly i thought it happend due to low charge but after charging it's still not working. I give this one star for the design of the product but the quality is bad. Now it's only 2 months but it is getting worse day by day, the money i spend buying this product now become a wastage of money.

The sound quality is awesome. One problem is that the left side is not charging properly. It always switches of after 15-30 mins even when the device shows 100% charge.

Good customer care support
With in 3 months one side totally did not hear any sound. I surprised, wrote a email. Then they promptly replied. I sent the product to them. Another week I got the new one. Fantastic to hear especially bass wonderful....
