Never in my 69 years on this planet have I needed to file my fingernails down because they were getting TOO LONG!I started months ago with 1 Tbs each morning of the liquid Mary Ruth hair and nails product as my hairline in 2 spots seemed to be receding. After 3 months I did see some improvement, but they upped the price and I felt it wasn’t worth it. Then I found these gummies. After about another 3 months I felt they ere too expensive and tried the other Mary Ruth gummies with Biotin (red and white bottle), but quickly realized that, while less expensive, they were less powerful and effective.I also have taken Biotin supplements for over a year, with no noticeable change in hair and nails, but I continue to se it. Isn’t that the definition of insanity? Expect different results without changing anything? Hmmmm. Anyway, I’ve also tried Biotin shampoo (do not recommend for curly hair).My nails always snapped, split or otherwise self destructed. I alternate between no nail polish and sclera strengthening polish as I find polish diminishes the overall health of the nail - but it looks nice. My nails now are so strong, with or without polish, that I can’t bend them at all easily. I have to be careful making beds now, though, because even though not claw-like long (I prefer fairly short nails. Just long enough to make my short stubby fingers look more elegant) they can bend painfully if pushed too far. One did recently break, but instead of breaking raggedly to the bleeding point, I was left with a fairly smooth break that left about 1/8th of an inch of nail. It has grown back rapidly.I still do not feel the liquid product (which, BTW does not taste bad taken by spoonful rather than mixing) is worth $70. However, I have added pumpkin seed oil to my next subscribe and save order as I noticed it was one ingredient in the liquid that was not in the gummy (blue and white bottle). We’ll see if that enhances the product even more. Even with two products, it is still significantly less expensive than the liquid.Please take my words with a grain of salt as every body reacts differently. I can only say that I have not been paid nor influenced by anyone for this review. I just am so satisfied with the results that I felt it would be wrong not to share my story with anyone interested in the same results as myself. If you’ve read this far, my guess is that’s you. 🙂

Great product with great results! I’ve been taking these for one month and I’d say week 3 I could definitely tell a difference in my hair & nail growth. After showering I can usually pull a handful of loose hair out but since taking these vitamins I’m not pulling any. I can take these gummies on an empty stomach without any side effects. I’m ordering my next bottle now and will continue.

I was skeptical at first, especially when it comes to hair growth. I have been on them for maybe about a week and I definitely do feel that my hair is not as oily as normal. The taste of these is amazing. They taste like actual strawberries. There’s no weird aftertaste.

Love this product! My hair feels so soft and so full! The vitamins taste amazing and i will buy again. In just a couple days my hair changed and I love how it feels. Not sure yet if I see any hair growth but I love the results. I will do an update in a couple weeks. I love Mary Ruth's products and the other hair growth products do work and is worth buying cause of the results you'll get!! Definitely recommend all her products 👌

These organic biotin gummies have a good taste, not metallic. I haven't finished the bottle yet,so I can't comment on whether they're working on growing in the thin parts of my hair.

I consumed this product for about three weeks and every time I took it, I would break out really bad. I thought it was just hormonal acne, but I was breaking out on parts of my body that I normally never do. I decided to stop taking this, and i would not get any new breakouts. Overall though, it didn’t taste nasty and it kind of tasted good. I didn’t really see any difference in my hair, skin or nails. I definitely will not be repurchasing solely because it gave me acne.
