1 year update - Seems good quality, sturdy and dependable! Packaging was best!!!
1 year update:Still working, no issues. Sturdy productOriginal review:This seems to be built fully from a thin steel fabrication. There are no plastic parts except for the switch and the wire covers.It seems to be of good enough quality and the paint color and finish is also nice to look at. The wires seem to be a bit thinner than I expected. Not sure how long it will last. But it looks nice when new.Since there is no fancy mechanism in this, there is not much to talk about. The hinges are working well and the base is sturdy. I like this switch mechanism compared to the switch that is placed on the back of the dome. It worked when I placed a bulb in it.The packaging was the best, since they had taken care to not have any gaps inside the box and the outside was wrapped in plastic for water proofing. Very well thought for Indian handling and delivery conditions.
