Great product! Used in hot sauce
I used this in my hot sauce to thicken and stabilise. It worked very perfectly! Just be careful not too add too much.

Perfect addition for creamy, homemade ice cream!
I recently started using this guar gum powder, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my homemade ice cream recipes. It blends smoothly and works perfectly with my ninja creami, giving the ice cream a wonderfully creamy and scoopable texture. I love how just a small amount makes such a big difference, and it doesn’t leave any weird aftertaste. The quality feels premium, and it’s great to know it’s non-GMO. It’s also really versatile—I can see myself using it for other recipes too. If you’re looking to take your homemade ice cream to the next level, this is a must-try!

Works really well
Tried this for the first time and am now a fan. No longer having to buy special jam sugars, just use regular granulated and add this. The amount you use depends on the volume you are making. Really works well for those fruits low in pectin to ensure a good set. Just mix the pectin powder with the sugar and cook as normal. Once tub is opened needs to be used within six months.

It does what it says on the tin, it set my runny marmalade!
Brilliant! My marmalade didn’t set; it was rather runny :-( so I bought this.I found this recipe on Google:“For every 4 cups of jam or jelly that needs to be remade (set!), mix together 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon powdered pectin. Add this mixture to the marmalade, stir until the sugar and pectin dissolve, and bring the mixture to a rolling boil for 30 seconds.” IT WORKED (for me).I also added a pinch of chilli flakes and my goodness it’s the best marmalade I’ve ever made - and it set! Happy me :-)
