This is AWESOME!Each item seems to be very high quality and built to last. I have been working out for some time so I gave it a fairly strenuous test; which it passed with flying colours. I have used other ropes and pushup discs before like the 'perfect pushup' etc, the ones provided in this pack more than meet the market standards.However, I have never used an ab roller before and have always been quite skeptical on whether it's really that effective. I can now firmly say I am a full supporter of the ab roller, I absolutely loved it! It works great and feels amazing, also, your little tip on changing the angle is great, you can really feel the different muscles being worked as you adjust your position.All in all if you were to ask me out of 100, I really would give this 100! As stated it really is great for any body, form beginner to expert, and by the looks of it, it's perfect to carry round as all items fit neatly in the box, so for me, I will be taking this to work as well as home.Thanks for providing such a great product,AND for providing a free Ebook with the purchase! great added bonus to help you get to grips with some basic workouts.Thanks!

Fairly decent product, probably slight expensive at £22.00 for the quality in my opinion, you could probably buy the items separately at a cheaper price for comparative quality items... Ab wheel feels sturdy and well built, although one of the side grips you need to put on when you get it was bent out of shape (probably during delivery) which made it a bit of a chore to attach at the beginning, the push up handles are good, and the rope seems fairly standard have bought similar quality ropes by themselves in the past for less than a fiver ... The mat with the ab roller doesn't seem that great though, after a couple uses it had lost its shape a bit.

I bought this present for my husband as a gift from our 4 year old for father's day! I can say that I actually use it more than him! Although he finds it useful for his midrift especially.It is amazing! My favourite item is the Ab Wheel Roller! Just 1 use of this will have you feeling like you've done hundreds of ab crunches, as it really targets those core ab muscles. I absolutely love it!Also for what you get in the box, the price is cheap and value for money!I recommend this product 200%!

This fitness set really works well, I've been using the abs roller and push up pads every day for a week and already I can see and feel a difference in my body form and muscle definition. I found the exercises quite challenging to begin with and I have added this fitness routine in addition to my regular workouts using kettle bells and yoga and the ASM fitness set has made a real difference to my core strength and overall fitness levels.

For the price it's a reasonable product, my main issue with it is that the handles on the pushup pads are not very well designed and are not overly comfortable to use. I'll need to get something foam-based to go around it for comfort, otherwise they'd leave my hands in bits.Delivery speed etc. was all spot on and everything came as advertised so no issues there.

Surprised by the quality, tested out the push up bars first, nice and solid, nice feel to them. Was advised by my chiropractor to use them to engage rotator cuff more and has improved my shoulder niggle. Ab wheel easy to assemble and does the job and skipping rope, well still a work in progress to do double unders but we will get there. Very impressed by what I thought might be a cheap product

I am in the process of buying all the equipment for a home gym but need to convert the space in my house so I needed to start off with something small. Seeing the positive comments on this made me decide to give it a try and I was pleasantly surprised! The rope is durable and incredibly light for speed skipping and the push up bars are sturdy enough to rotate and press with in the morning. Unlike past reviews I received all the equipment and would recommend!

Bought this for my boyfriend and he pointed out how good quality the equipment was, the knee pad is memory foam and very thick. He has only used it once so far but couldn’t see anything wrong with it and he was using the roller and said it works as it was burning his chest (that’s meant to happen) so good buy for someone who wants to gain muscle indoors.
