Screws are missing from the order. Cannot assemble the chair without screws.*EDIT*good and responsive customer support, they sent a screw set on request. Got it within 72 hours. Assembled the chair immediately. Extend your budget and buy a better chair
The chair is decent but the back support is poorly designed, it’s too close to the seat which makes it uncomfortable. Maybe it is designed for someone with small frame. I’m buying another chair of 5k and keeping this as an extra chair since there is no return option

You can take the chair, the chair is very good within this budget,
Build quality is strong. Easy to assemble. Back pain gone good support from Back.BUT After using it for some time, I realized that everything is good but there is a lot of noise. If I sit and move the right-hand side a little, then there is a lot of noise. And some places feel a little loose occasionally.
