I love this product. My boys get the aid they need to fall asleep. They play so muchand keep each other worked up. Melatonin helps them relax and fall asleep to get ready for the following day.

Powder, not pills in my bottle too!!
Don't buy as this is not a 1 time complaint of getting a bottle of powder, not chewable pills. Look around at the other reviews

Small tabs
The tabs are really small and dissolve quickly so very easy to use. They do not have the best taste but helps me fall asleep quickly.

Works as it should
My girls have no issues taking them. My girls do still wake around 1 to come in my room. But I feel that’s just wired in their brain. They fall right back to sleep. They say the flavor is ok. But not enough to make them refuse to take it.

Doesn't stay sleep long but helps them relax when they are wired. They always fight when it's time to rest. Their lives are so exciting. Again it's helps far as calming. Only give to them at night . Toddler stays sleep for 4-5 hrs..

This is a night lifesaver!!!!
