I have been using this oil for several months now and it is a great high smoke point oil to use in cooking. It is very neutral in flavor so it doesn't really impact the flavor of whatever I'm cooking and from what I have read this particular brand is truly pure avocado oil and not a cheaper blend of different oils.

Love this oil! We go through a lot of this oil! From homemade mayonnaise to stir-fry to baked goods, this has been our go too. It has a light flavor that can be used without overpowering the taste of your food. It is a light oil and can be used in salad without being heavy on the vegetables. I love it, I just wish it was cheaper!

I have purchased this before and was very happy with it which is why I bought it again. The only issue is that the expiration date, which is stamped near the bottom of the bottle in back, is mostly rubbed off and illegible on the new bottle; so, I don't know the expiration date. Based on how fresh the old bottle was, I'm taking a small leap of faith that this one is fresh, too.

This is truly avocado oil. That sounds like mediocre praise but it isn't. Most of what you buy in the store really isn't.I regularly make Mayo using the Pioneer Woman recipe. This oil makes a noticeably better mayo, and I plan on buying only it from now on.

Love the fact that it has a high smoke point. Works perfect on my Blackstone. I've also used it in cakes and I like it better than regular vegetable oil.

This is an amazing product, however it was delivered from Amazon in a paper envelope and had obviously not been treated with any kind of care and had leaked through the packaging and was delivered that way. This is an item that should be boxed and kept “right side up” during shipping. The bottle was unopened but missing a good quarter of the product due to obvious leaking during shipping/delivery.

Avocado oil is the greatest instead of other oils. This one is clearly the lightest without adding any taste to your recipe. Handles heat extremely well.
