I was having visual auras and other weird zapping feelings in my head every 2-3 months, which lead me to a neurologist, who, suggested I might be getting migraines, without the actual headache, just all the other symptoms that can come along with a migraine. While I'm not completely convinced that's all that's going on, her recommendation was to start a magnesium and B complex vitamin and see how long until another visual aura episode happened. I started this one, initially taking 3 capsules a day, however my urine turned a fluorescent color after a week of that, indicating that I was excreting a lot of excess vitamins. I dropped down to just taking a single capsule daily, and a second capsule only when I miss a day, which has kept my urine a normal color while also giving me the vitamin boost I clearly needed. I forgot to bring these on a 10 day trip and by the end of the trip, I could kind of tell I didn't have my full energy. Upon return I took 3 capsules for 2 days and then went back to the regular single capsule a day and noticed a pretty solid increase in my baseline energy levels. It's been 2 months since I started and I haven't had a visual aura episode. Next time I place an order for these should be around months 4-5, at which time I should also be due for regular blood work, so and I'll be sure to come back and update whether or not the auras have stayed away and if my vitamin levels in blood work have improved from the past few years. So far I'm very happy with this vitamin and really pleased with the quantity of vitamins in it. The fact that I was excreting vitamins so quickly after starting it is a decent indication it has the higher amounts it says it does.

I love the effectiveness and the affordability of this product. I love the it covers all the bases of magnesium. I works great for me.

I really like this supplement lots more energy

I ordered these as I need to increase certain vitamins while being treated for cancer. This covered more then 1 area or vitamin so I was thrilled.

I love it, I fall asleep in the next 30 minutes after I take my 2 pills. It’s really good.

I purchased this because I get chronic migraines. It contains all the vitamins that were recommended to me. The only thing is I have to be really careful to take them with protein/ a significant snack or meal and space them throughout the day because they make me sick to my stomach otherwise. This isn’t the only vitamin that does that though. I love that it has so much of what I need. Too early to tell if it’s helping with the migraines, but I’m optimistic.
