I bought this solar charger for a camping trip and honestly didn’t expect much. Turns out, this thing is a tank.The battery life is insane. Charged my phone 4 times and still had juice left. The flashlight is very strong. I’m pretty sure I scared off a raccoon from 50 feet away.The solar charging does work, but it’s more of a nice backup if you’re off the grid for a while. Feels solid, charges fast, and all the USB ports are a nice bonus. I wouldn’t rely on solar alone to keep it charged full time, but as an emergency power brick or outdoor companion, it’s perfect.

This solar power bank is a beast! I use it to run my portable air conditioner when I go to the pickleball courts every night in the summer. It powers the AC for about 3 hours a night, and I can go a whole week without needing to recharge it. The battery lasts forever, and the built-in flashlight is super bright, great for when it gets dark. It’s larger and stronger than I thought, totally worth it for the power. Plus, the orange color makes it easy to spot in my bag. If you need serious backup power, this one gets the job done.

I recieved this 2 weeks or so ago. I got it because the last solar charger died on our last trip. So far it has been great. The charger took 4 hrs to charge from 75% to 100%. My cell phone took about 1 5 hrs to charge from 32% to 100% I didn't check it constantly but when I did it was at 100%.The charger is about the size of a tissue box, bigger than reading glasses, and heavier than I though it would be. Figured when connected to my backpack it would be alright but definitely will contribute to more weight.

The only reason it's a 4 star is I have really had a chance to really test it out. That said, I've had another manufacturer. The battery failed badly. It stole up inside the case. This unit resided in my laptop bag. I'm retired. It was never in the heat of my car. I had it in the bag to power my tablet and phone in emergency. That company wouldn't stand behind their product. This wasn't abuse. It was a failed product.This product is larger and heavier. It has a larger battery. It has more power output. It's easier to use the flashlight, which is an actual flash light, not a cellphone imagined light. It is brighter. I am looking forward to being able to power my phone and tablet up with this. It seems to be a solid unit.After I've had some time using it, I'll come back and edit my review.

SAFETY CONCERN ‼️ I LOVE my solar battery pack, but the LIGHT BUTTON, the one that lets you know how much power you have and whether or not your LIGHT (for safety) works is virtually unfindable in the dark. The button is so small and very difficult to press that it disappears entirely. I have fortified my button by stacking tiny squares of duct tape on top of it, making it easy to press for the first time ever. The battery works INCREDIBLY well. TY. I wish the solar panels were on the sides so that I could attach my cellphone to the front. AND of course, a more “thumb size” button would improve the SAFETY of this device.
