Brother CE1150 Computerized Sewing Machine (Renewed)

Great machine! I played with it all afternoon testing the stickers and it is smooth and quiet. Going to really enjoy this machine.

Bought this as a replacement for my sister-in-law. She loves it and started working with it as soon as she opened it. She was very thankful.

This machine was ordered to replace a broken and too costly to repair Brother machine. I initially ordered another off-brand sewing machine that was non-functioning from the very get go. I am delighted to have a working machine again. I gave it only four stars because the computer screen's backlight is burned out. I can still read what is on the screen, so that makes it acceptable to me. Brother has done a superb job of refurbishing this machine. Kudos to Brother!

Love it

I absolutely love this sewing machine it is a lot different than what I learned on but it's also been a long time since I had a sewing machine. The bobbin threader is amazingly fast, and everything is easily accessible! It's one of the best buys that I have ever made!

so far, works great

The needle was broken and the plate to the left of the bobbin holder was gouged. Brother started using some junky needle holder which is made out of a nut spot welded to a piece of sheet metal. The threader is now all plastic and junky. The quality of the brother sewing machine is no longer what it used to be. It was very disappointing, so I returned it.

I wish I had not bought this machine. It is not easy to made adjustments to the settings and it can't handle multiple layers. The upper thread "jumps" out of the take up arm. The bobbin comes out of its hook. Both issues cause threading messes. Gave it one star cause the format requires it
