Great, but takes some work to start the chilling.
works well although you do have to be pretty fearless the first time you break the inside tube. The product has some powder in a sealed plastic pouch. Also inside is tube with liquid- you have to break the inner tube by folding the packge, which takes strength. It does get quite cold but is limited to 15-20min.So if you have the hand strength to fold the package this will do the job.

Little small, really for small injury or child. My fault, should have read the size. They do stay cold for the standard amount of time
