Recommended to my by my doctor to help with sleeping and restless legs. NatureBell does not have the usual side effects that other magnesium supplements have. I like them enough that any supplement I’m recommended I look for Nature Bell first.I do wish pills were smaller though

This seems to deliver an adequate amount of magnesium to prevent my nighttime leg cramps. For my taste, the flavor is too intense and too sweet when mixed with the recommended amount of water. However, it makes a great sweetener for adding to plain yogurt or unflavored protein powder.

Very quick shipping and well packed. Capsules are easy to swallow. No taste or aftertaste like other brands. Hopefully it helps with BP and Sugar levels. Just started so only time will tell.

Take it along with my D3 so that the D3 can be absorbed into my body . It’s a binder . A must have !
