Had ordered 2 of them for my father , the first on fell of in 8 days and the other one the wont read on the app … I want to complain about it but can’t find a place on amazon … Pl help .. need to re-order as I need to monitor diabetics for my father who is a a senior citizen

Extremely Useful for Diabetic Patients
Extremely Useful for Diabetic Patients. I am using Freestyle Libre sensors for some months. Now I have stopped using traditional glucometer. But the price is very high. It should come down. Thanks Freestyle Libre sensors.

Damaged item.
Ordered ittem CGM dt.5th was not at all working. Ordered new one & delivered on 12th. Requeted for refund but till today not received. I have to order one more. As on to tjis date I have purchased 7nos. Pl.look into refund.

Don’t work for 14 days
The sensor will stop working in 7 days don’t buy. The sensor should work for 14 days but it won’t. After some days we can’t return the other sensor as the kit comes with 2 sensors, simply waste of money

Very good CGM
Helped a lot to gather information about how the body responds to various foods hence was very helpful in controlling sugar levels

Doesn't sustain 14 days
Out of the six numbers i bought only two worked for 14 days. One of them stopped functioning after 6 days, others stopped after 9, 10 and 12 days.

Poor quality of this FreeStyle Liberlink sensor
This was the first day, I did 10 scans in 3hrs since I applied the sensor....The sensor juist came off when my arm brushed the curtain in my home, ever since then it is not working...poor quality...now I got to know that it is not returnable. There is no support or service number on the app, finally got it from google search & was told that office hrs close at 5:30pm and hence no response today, have to talk to them tomorrow morning
