I'm a fan. Did a lot of reading for what men over 45 should take that like to work out regularly. This stuff kept coming up.Here's what happened. When I was lifting before these, I wasn't sore. No matter what I did in the gym. And so I started taking these and was sore and got noticeable improvement lifting. Meaning my works outs were productive. Worth a try if your an old guy like me

Easy to swallow no after taste! Now to the good stuff...l work out alot however wasn't seeing effective muscle gain. I've been taking this 3 months now as suggested and yes l see muscle gain finally. My husband and son both noticed as well. It's the missing link for me.I'm already full of energy so l wouldn't know if it helps with that but muscle gains yes.....I'm definitely more defined in my 40's

With proper use and exercise, I believe this product is helping in regaining muscle mass. May not work for everyone, but it is working for me.

I’m not an athlete but I read a thing from the p90x guy that turned me on to this and I like it!!!

After taking this daily, my officially assessment is that if I take this an hour or two before I’m going to the gym, I’ve noticed my workouts are stronger and I lift more weight than I normally do, my cardio is further and longer. Definitely noticeable. But on the days I’m not working out and I just take this and do nothing, then I feel tired. It doesn’t do anything. I’m thinking it could be the Vitamin D as sometimes Vitamin D can make you tired. I might have to try a man HMB product that just has that without anything else in it.I’ve never heard of this doing anything for weight loss, so not sure why some are expecting that to happen. Can’t take a pill to lose weight and do nothing. You will have to exercise. This stuff has pushed my workouts.I’ve heard different contradicting things about HMB. Some say it’s only good if you work out to it not really being beneficial for those that are already fit, which I am. That could be why I thought the results weren’t mind blowing. And in fact made me tired, unless I was going to the gym. Then this did have something in it that made me pull more weights. I’ve also heard this is really for those that in older age or weaker. Maybe it pushes you a bit to get going. As mentioned I only noticed a slight difference on days I was working out. It made me tired on other days or no change.

This has the same amount of HMB as Tony Horton’s protein powder. I think it makes me stronger.
