If you want full spectrum support without taking 20 different pills, then this is a solid choice. It's the best mix I have found. Give it 60 days, that's when you start to get true benefits.

I don't know that this will fix what's broken here (my knees) but it probably would have prevented it. Il'll keep giving it a chance though.

This looks to be a reasonable mix for joint support, but it is impossible to tell from the blurry tiny font label. I would expect, given that most users are of an age like me and need readers, that the manufacturer would print a clear label - perhaps with a fold out to make room for the ingredients list in a more reasonable font. This is like a cheap blurry mimeograph. Surely they could do better. I will edit this when I have had it for a couple of months.

Was looking for something to help with aching hip and back joints. All I can say it works.
