This is my second time buying a Sensarte pan, and it did not disappoint. The pan feels sturdy but not bulky. Works great on electric coil stove tops; the plated bottom ensures the pan heats up evenly and reduces warping. The non-stick layer has worked flawlessly so far; virtually nothing sticks to it. I haven't really tested for scratch resistance, since I don't want to actively ruin my pans, but the few times I've accidentally poked it with a knife while cooking, no scratch marks were left behind. Overall it's a very solid pan, and I trust that it doesn't contain any harsh chemicals, unlike the Teflon stuff. 5/5 stars. I even got a free spare screwdriver with my purchase!

An overall great product. Bought this skillet for when I come home from college and need to cook. I’ve had it for over 6 months now I think and it still perfectly non stick. Just be sure to oil it at least a little bit for best performance. Just a rinse and the soft side of a sponge is almost always all you need to get anything off and wash effectively.

I must have bought five non stick pans by now. None of them have been truly non-stick. I have sautéed green peppers and onions in this pan and have fried eggs. So far nothing has stuck and the pain is so easy to clean. The only thing i'm not crazy about is the beautiful wooden handle. I'm not sure how long that will last but I hand wash it anyway.

We already had a 9.5 inch pan that my husband uses everyday for his omelet. I wanted a smaller one to be able to flip my Tortilla Española easily. These pans are outstanding!! I wish I had bought a Sensarte for ALL my pans!!They do NOT stick!!! They clean super easily!! You will never use another pan again!!

Love these pans. But white ones they stain terribly with caramelized onions. My second purchase of a small pan now in a darker color. Sautéed onions, if they burn even a little, however results in black caramelized spots that are very difficult to get out and stain the White ceramic. The vinegar recommendation helped just a little to clean and remove the spots/stains, but the white pan does not completely clean and looks discolored. I will continue to use the discolored pan for sautéing onions now that it’s already dark but it sure looks ugly. Now I have a darker one as two pans are better than one . It is durable, scratch resistant and very nonstick. Also lightweight and rapidly heating a great pan. I use the pan regularly and it’s better than any Teflon pan I’ve ever owned.

What a lovely pan to use. Works great on my new induction range. Clean up is a breeze. The handle is not attached upon receipt. This company provides a very nice phillips screwdriver to use when inserting the screw into the handle and then into the pan. I have the 10" and 8" version of these pans. I have not put the pan or lid into the dishwasher.

One problem we’ve encounter with the glass cooktop is any warpage of the bottom of a pan makes it spin around too easily and cook unevenly. This sits flat! It cooks well , doesn’t stick and is easy to clean. A glass top you can see through that fits well…. What more can you want? How about wooden handle that doesn’t get hot? We’ve had it for nearly a year and still going strong.

What a JOY! The absolute best pan I have ever used in my 73 years. I ordered the small product as a test. I will now be ordering a set and tossing all my other junk away. It is a delight cooking in this pan. And cleaning? Uh, just spray and wipe. Great buy.
