I bought the silver HM57 FITVii with metal band on March 22, 2025 and immediately loved the watch especially the sleep monitor. In late May the watch detached from the wrist band when I put my hand into a tight fitting pants pocket. A small piece of plastic had chipped off where the pin attaches the band to the watch case so the band would not remain attached. I contacted customer service (support@fitvii.com) via email and received a responce within minutes. They were very cordial and asked for my order number from amazon and a photo of the damaged area. I replied with 2 photos containing the information requested and within one day a new watch was on the way via amazon logistics. I expected that I would need to send the watch in for repair or replacement of the case but was very pleased to receive a new replacement watch with only a few days of not being able to use the watch. The support team was amazing in their clear and speedy communication. I would highly recommend doing business with this vendor.

I purchased this for my teenage daughter. She wanted a smart watch and she really liked the looks of this one. Right out of the package the watch looked great and the material of the band is very durable and should hold up to all the sports my daughter plays. The size of the face of the smart watch is just right. It’s not too big, and it’s not too small. My daughter had zero issues connecting the watch to her phone. It took maybe 5 minutes to set everything up. She likes that she can choose what notifications she wants to receive and that the watch charges super quick. Not I want one!

Overall, a good product. It does everything as advertised. It monitors a number of bodily functions continuously and accurately. However, the icons that control all of the functions are a bit small. One thing that bothers me the most is the countdown timer which I use for a variety of activities from cooking to meditation. When the time expires, the watch gives a single short vibration. If you were not anxiously waiting for the time to expire, you can miss the vibration. A series of two or three short vibrations would be better. As for the activities it monitors, you have a wide range to choose from, and they can be activated on the watch. I like that activities can be added to the list displayed on the watch. However, it would be better if activities could also be removed so you only see the things you actually do rather than have to scroll through the lengthy list. As stated, it is a good product for its price point with many functions and options. The improvements suggested would make the watch even better.

I ordered this for my husband after he lost his Apple Watch. It has great features that are very similar to his previous one at a much lower cost! He even mentioned things like texting and answering calls seems to work better. The battery life has also lasted longer. He has been able to get 2 days out of it and could have gone a little longer. It synced up to his phone easily and quickly as well. I will be sure to get my son one like this when he gets a phone!

I have really liked this watch but recently I started having trouble charging it. I tried everything I could find online and on YouTube, to no avail. I contacted the seller who responded promptly. They requested a receipt or date of purchase, and a video of what was happening when I tried to charge it. I sent that and got a response the next day. They thanked me and sent me a new watch, which I received today. Top notch service. I could not have asked for more. I highly recommend them.

Product is nice looking but I guess you get what you pay for. I was looking for something with accurate reading for health reasons. This is far from accurate. I compared it to the readings from my actual blood pressure monitor and wow completely different. It might be ok for telling you to drink water or get up. Maybe even the sleep monitoring but not for health. I never tried the sport monitoring feature but it is probably not good either. Also does not work good with iPhones even though it says compatible.
