WHY have I never had one of these??My dog is 9!Absolutely fantastic.Super easy to clean which I was worried about.The tiny bits the dog leaves just rinse out then you can wash as normal.I was going to get a bigger one as my dog is huge, but she was panting when she finished this small one so it's actually the perfect size.Just make sure to tell your puppers it is a LICK mat not a DRAG BOTTOM TEETH THROUGH THE NUBS mat! (See video!)My girl is very strong and she didn't manage to bite or scrape off any of said nubs.I'm so happy with this, I'm going to buy another for when I freeze this one in the summer. Fab!

Better than my last licky mat I had for my dog easy to clean and stimulates the brain of my 11 year old dog .

My beagle (aged 4) likes it when I put Greek yogurt on her Lickimat. It is ideal to keep her occupied during my main meal times and seems to have a calming effect. It needs close supervision though as she has pulled some of the nodules off with her teeth. Hence 4 stars and not 5.

Great for rainy days or injuries. I’ve used peanut butter and yoghurt and occupies my dog for ages. Peanut butter sometimes doesn’t all come out of the spikes but I stick it in the dish washer.

Liked the idea of this but not sure it was any good. Found that our puppy/dog preferred a kong.

The media could not be loaded. My dogs have never been so quiet unless they are asleep. Smeared with dog friendly peanut butter and I have 30 minutes of peace and quiet. I have also noticed how much concentration they have while cleaning the mat so good exercise for their brains. They washed up really well, good size for my collies, easy to smear your chosen treat and easy for the dogs to lick the mat but not to easy where they are just eating instead f licking.Overall good value mat.

It really does work, our dog was a little scared of it at first but now loves it and seems to calm her down after she's had peanut butter from it

Our pup inhales his food so invested in a slow feeding bowl and this lick mat. We put 3/4 of his meal in the slow feeding bowl and the last 1/4 smeared onto the lick mat. The bowl has slowed down his eating and the mat calms him whilst he finishes his food off. Yes cleaning could be tricky but if you clean it under running warm/hot water which softens not only the mat but the food and so makes it so much easier to clean. Dogs can easily chew the little bits off or rip the mat up to get to the food so must be supervised at ALL times, dogs not being supervised is not the makers problem so very sad to see so many 1 stars for your dogs doing what comes naturally to them. We watch ours and the second he does anything more than the gentle licking we remove the mat from him. Afterwards he sleeps as the mat soothed him as stated. Highly recommend this product for use with full supervision.
