Tough I bought this set to paint myself, I can see children painting them. They do have very small areas to paint, so I'm not sure that my seven year old niece could do a very good job. Keep age in mind when giving as a gift. And I'm not sure how boys will handle all of the flowers.I'm painting them for my niece-to-come. I think they'll look great in her nursery or play room.

Great fun to paint and I loved the fact that it is already in a frame with hardware to hang it! Numbers are easy to read and paints are very vivid colors.

Easy to paint and turned out beautiful

It is very cute but areas are so small that a number cat hardly fit. It is definitely for smaller kids. It can be too hard for 8-9 year olds.

GREAT BUY FOR SPLITTING UP!I bought these paint by numbers for my daughters for Christmas and specifically chose this one because they each have a separate paint kit, bushes and hardware. Another thing to note about this set is the lightly colored background on the canvas makes it super easy for kiddos or people who may have visibility impairments to stay in the right spot. Would buy again!

I got this for my five year-old granddaughter, thinking it would be a fun activity for us to share. We had a fantastic time, painting! She loves art projects! This is still way too advanced for her to do on her own. After she went to bed, I did the tinier areas.

These are so adorable and were fun to paint. I put them up in my nursery.
